Online Systems has over a decade of systems and network integration experience providing top-notch design, implementation and maintenance of customer’s internal and extended infrastructure. We provide solutions to companies ranging from 5 to over 500,000 employees in vertical markets including but not limited to engineering, research and development, construction, surveying, architecture, medical, financial, heavy industry and manufacturing. In providing integration services, we interact with executive management, technical, sales, human resources, assembly and field personnel to provide the best solutions for their business.

Online Systems has designed and implemented short and long-term information technology plans to companies that provide fast return on investment, low cost of support and greatly improved customer satisfaction. We have a strong ability to quickly learn business processes in detail, create comprehensive plans to improve that process through sensible use of technology and prove the direction is sound through use of conservative return on investment and total cost of ownership.

We value open communication by and between different divisions of business as well as the business customers and partners to implement solutions that achieve and exceed their needs. We work well in production environments fully realizing that availability of systems is critical for business and directly impacts not only company production but customer satisfaction.

Having relationships with over one hundred and fifty vendors and staying current with established and upcoming technologies enables us to bring sound solutions to business on an active basis so they are able to concentrate on their core competencies.

We also have in-house advertising resources and actively participate in branding/GUI/usability/workflow and localization projects.

Online Systems does not generate much revenue (less than 10%) on support. We are almost exactly opposite of many integrators. We implement very low maintenance, high performance and reliability solutions and prefer to keep budgets free for new technology improvements.
